Sitawi is a public interest social organization (OSCIP) active in the development of innovative financial solutions for positive socio-environmental impact. Among its different initiatives, Sitawi has developed:

The Collective Lending Platform for Positive Impact, operated by Mova Sociedade de Empréstimo entre Pessoas SA (“Mova”). Within the digital platform, Sitawi (CNPJ 09.607.915/0001-34) acts as a correspondent in the country for the financial institution Mova Sociedade de Empréstimo entre Pessoas SA (CNPJ 33.959.738/0001-30), under the terms of CMN Resolution No. 4,935/21, for receipts and payments of any nature, other activities arising from the execution of contracts and agreements for the provision of services maintained by MOVA with third parties, as well as for receiving and forwarding proposals for credit and leasing operations granted by MOVA, in addition to other services provided for monitoring the Operation. The Câmbio do Bem initiative, operated through Banco BS2 S/A. Within the scope of the initiative, Sitawi acts as an accredited foreign exchange correspondent with Banco BS2 S/A, following the guidelines of CMN Resolution No. 4,935 of 07/29/2021.
