The Culture in Motion Call for Proposals is one of the initiatives of Socio-urban Action Plan (PAS), result of the studies planned in Socio-environmental Agreement The agreement was signed between the authorities and Braskem. The Plan brings together more than 40 initiatives in the cultural, social, economic and urban areas of Maceió, and the call for proposals, built in a participatory manner through consultations held between January and May 2025, aims to support and value artistic and traditional expressions of the city.
THE Sitawi Finanças do Bem was selected to lead the initiative in an integrated manner, bringing together, in a single partnership, the programmatic management and the financial management of the tender. With a focus on strengthening local cultural groups and initiatives, Sitawi adopted a territorial and... continuous presence in Maceió, ensuring greater proximity to the sociocultural context of the territory and adapting the design of the tender to the real needs of the target audience.
Within the programmatic framework, Sitawi fully structured the scope of the call for proposals, defining technical criteria, conducting the evaluation of proposals, managing communication with applicants, and operationalizing disbursements.. The initiative also included coordination with local authorities and in-person mobilization and support actions, such as workshops and assistance to guide the registration process.
