Equal Right is based in the United Kingdom, where it has operated for almost ten years. Today, working throughout the Global South, Equal Right advocates for income redistribution and climate policies that ensure a truly just transition, supporting the communities most affected by climate change and defending traditional peoples and territories.

The Equal Right Fund, with financial management by Sitawi Finanças do Bem, was created to facilitate and coordinate the organization's work in Brazil.
