The Fund aims to promote the raising and application of financial resources in actions and projects that contribute to environmental conservation and the construction of a more just society.
The initiative also aims to act in possible emergency situations and critical events. As a result, the resources will be used as a reserve for emergency response, where there is a need for a rapid response to mitigate negative impacts on customers and members of the Cielo Team.

The Fund operates as an Institute-as-a-Service, a solution that brings efficiency to companies that wish to structure their corporate philanthropy, ensuring the resolution of administrative and financial procedures in a fast, strategic and flexible manner.
The initiative is part of Cielo's Strategic Sustainability Plan, designed to ensure that the actions taken are effective in the long term.
