THE Network of Black Journalists for Diversity in Communication It is an organization dedicated to Democratization of the communication process as a tool for social transformation.. Structured around four pillars — education, representation, opportunity, and visibility — the JP Network connects independent Afrocentric media outlets, communication entrepreneurs, students, and community communicators from various regions of Brazil to promote a positive impact on civil society.

Among the Network's initiatives are:

• REPCONE (Digital Protection Network for Black Women Communicators) – the first structured mechanism for integrated protection — digital, legal and psychosocial — for Black, Indigenous and Quilombola journalists and communicators in Latin America;
• ComuniHub – Open digital infrastructure built from the Global South that connects real territorial challenges to opportunities and contextual innovation enabled by AI;
• LATIN IA – Conversational artificial intelligence infrastructure created to support women communicators and social leaders;
• Afrolatin Futures Fellowship – a fellowship program in partnership with international newsrooms that enables journalists and communicators from historically underrepresented territories to publish for global audiences in Spanish.

The partnership ensures transparency and efficiency in the management of resources, allowing the initiative to strengthen its performance and expand the reach of community and diverse journalism in Brazil.
