Socio-Environmental Impact Fund

The Cielo Philanthropic Fund aims to centralize and operate the resources directed towards the company's Social Responsibility. The fund brings together Cielo's strategic areas of action in the field of positive socio-environmental impact, such as promoting existing projects with the theme of education and entrepreneurship, developing its own projects in partnership with other stakeholders, and making donations in emergency situations.

As Institute-as-a-service, Sitawi offers the structure of an Institute and carries out the management administrative and financial support of philanthropic resources from (or for) Cielo.

Living Rivers Fund

The Living Rivers Project, part of the Natura Elos Program, works in the Amazon region to combat plastic pollution in rivers. The initiative aims to support the structuring of recycling chains in eight municipalities near Manaus, helping to build the packaging chain for Natura products (reverse logistics).

Sitawi is responsible for managing financial transfers to local recycling organizations and cooperatives, ensuring that resources reach those on the front lines of collection quickly and in a structured manner, including funds allocated for logistical support.

The initiative was created to strengthen Afro-entrepreneurship by allocating resources to startups led by Black founders and promoting diversity and inclusion in the innovation ecosystem. The project has already benefited 69 startups, with approximately R$1.4 billion donated.

Sitawi managed these resources administratively and financially, ensuring agility, transparency, and compliance at every stage of the process, from document validation to close monitoring of donations and ongoing support to entrepreneurs.
