Alexandrina holds a degree in Tourism Management from CEFET-RJ, with extensive experience in travel and corporate events. Worked in Facilities, being responsible for team coordination, contract management, administrative and asset management. Still in the administrative area, he worked with financial planning, assisting in budget construction, being responsible for analysis, supervision, adjustment, expense control, management of savings in the corporate travel segment, equity and presidency expenses, interacting directly with managers of all areas of the Organization using the ZBB methodology. He also has experience in Purchasing and supplies.

Aline Costa studies International Relations at UFRJ. She has worked in the junior company of her course (Expand Jr), where she gained experience in the administrative, financial and legal areas. She is a scholarship holder in a scientific initiation on institutional rupture processes in Latin America – research carried out at the Laboratory of Security and Defense Studies, with a macro theme in contemporary conflicts in the Latin American continent. In 2024, she was the Liaison Officer at the second technical meeting of the G20 Brazil Education Working Group in Rio de Janeiro.

Aline is a graduate in Accounting Sciences at Unyleya and graduated in Business Administration. He worked at a French accounting, auditing and consulting company where he gained experience in process mapping and improvement.

Allan has a degree in Journalism from UFRRJ and has been working with institutional communication since 2017. At Sitawi, he is responsible for reputation, visibility and brand positioning. It also works on integrated communication, coordinating and executing institutional products, such as newsletters, campaigns, events and mkt emails, in addition to thinking about press relations and internal communication strategies. He has been a reporter, copywriter and worked with content production for social networks and metrics analysis. He speaks French and served as an English teacher for six years. Allan has courses in SEO, branding, assertive writing and copywriting.

Amanda holds a degree in Public Relations from USP and is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing at ESPM. During his professional journey, he worked for 5 years with Communication and Branding and has been working in the Marketing area for 2 years. She has experience with digital marketing, events and advertising/institutional campaigns.

Ana Beatriz holds a degree in business administration from IBMEC and a specialization in finance from COPPEAD/UFRJ. He has experience in financial consulting, more specifically in the area of mergers and acquisitions at KPMG. It is engaged in voluntary social and environmental projects with support in campaigns and fundraising. He carried out an exchange program at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and in California.

Ana Quelly has been working at SITAWI since 2022. She works in Forestry at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. He was part of the Tutorial Education Program – PET Floresta, working in socio-environmental and sustainable projects, aimed at strengthening teaching, research and university extension. Undertook scientific initiation at EMBRAPA Agrobiology, in the areas of Agricultural Landscape Ecology and Agroecology. He worked in the training laboratory for activists and communicators with an emphasis on climate, environment, sustainability and peripheries, proposed by the Instituto Clima e Sociedade. She believes that education and knowledge are potential transforming agents of the current social structure.

Andréa has a degree in Tourism and is currently studying Business Administration. She has over 10 years of experience in the Financial Administration area with an emphasis on preparing and controlling monthly budgets of costs and expenses, bank reconciliations, expense and cash flow control, analysis of financial statements, planning execution, and control of resources and activities.

Bárbara is a graduate student in Human Resource Management. She has already worked at Unicef and its partners, in social projects aimed at promoting the rights of children and adolescents, where an interest in working with people arose. He has already worked with health promotion for the city of Rio de Janeiro. He started his career as a Young Apprentice in the HR area where he found himself professionally.

Beatriz holds a degree in International Relations from UFRRJ, a degree in Business Management and Innovation from Fatec Sebrae, and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Project Management from CELACC-USP. She has been working with project management since 2019, and with continuous process improvement since 2021. At Sitawi, she works as a Project Analyst in Philanthropy Management, in the International Partnerships cell.

Beatriz Pires is the Impact Investment Manager at Sitawi Finanças do Bem, where she works on developing financial solutions for the impact sector, focusing on unlocking resources and strengthening the financing of impact businesses. A graduate in Business Administration from FEA-USP and specializing in Sustainable Development and Circular Economy, she was the founder and manager of a sustainable fashion brand in São Paulo and has experience with evidence-based research. Currently, at Sitawi, she works in partnerships and relationship management and leads the Farol Program, aimed at training Impact Businesses to access investments.

She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and completed an exchange program at Georgetown University. Her research focuses on gender equality and human rights. She specializes in Public Policy Management and is currently pursuing a master's degree in International Cooperation and Economic Development. Founder of the Roots4Girls project, which promotes socio-productive inclusion in vulnerable situations through entrepreneurial education, she has experience in impact business strategies, ESG, and diversity and inclusion. Between 2021 and 2025, she served as manager of an impact association, leading transformation initiatives focused on innovation and strengthening the impact ecosystem in the Federal District. Currently, she is an analyst at Sitawi, where she monitors and supports community-based organizations, driving their development and expanding positive socio-environmental results.

With a degree in Accounting from UnB (University of Brasília), she worked for six years as an entrepreneur in the creative sector and has over 10 years of experience implementing and creating strategies that combine innovation, socio-environmental impact, and financial sustainability. She participated in exchange programs in Chile and Argentina focusing on the development of micro and small businesses and fundraising for NGOs and social projects. She has experience in the creation and development of financial products and is currently the Impact Investment Product Manager at Sitawi.

Carlos Henrique is a graduate in Accounting from UFF and in International Relations from UniCV. He has technical knowledge in logistics and experience in the financial and administrative areas. Carlos is passionate about reverse logistics and ESG, areas in which he seeks to deepen his knowledge and apply sustainable practices. With four years of experience in a second sector organization, he worked in key functions such as billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, credit analysis and treasury, improving his analytical skills and optimizing financial processes.

Graduated in Administration from Unigranrio University. During her time at university, she participated in a scientific initiation on management planning and control in retail companies located in the territory where she lives, contributing to the research achieving the objective of highlighting the importance of planning and control in the management processes of small businesses. She began working in the third sector in 2022, in the financial administrative area of a OSCIP. She has experience with accounts payable, cash flow and project accountability.

Holding a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, she began her career in the financial market, with experience in financial modeling, cash flow projection, and project structuring. Later, she transitioned to the socio-environmental agenda, working at the Atlantic Forest Fund of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, she works on structuring financial instruments and funding sources for conservation and addressing climate change at Sitawi Finanças do Bem. She is pursuing a Master's degree in Administration at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF), with research focused on socio-bioeconomy supply chains.

Cristóvão has over 15 years of consulting experience, first as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., supporting clients in the media, steel, finance, and oil sectors, and later as an independent consultant, primarily supporting third-sector and environmental institutions. Clients include the Wellcome Trust, Vale, USAID, and the Atlantic Forest Restoration Pact, among others. His client support has included strategy projects, business plan development, operational manuals, corporate social responsibility guides, sector studies, and facilitating relationships with government institutions. In addition to his consulting work, Cristóvão was Research Manager at Natura, responsible for implementing the Well-Being sector; and Collaboration Manager at the São Paulo State Research Foundation, responsible for developing and implementing institutional partnerships and collaboration agreements with leading research funding agencies worldwide. Cristóvão holds a degree in Biology from UFRJ, a PhD in Physiology from Columbia University, and an MBA in Marketing from FIA.

Daniel has a degree in International Business and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis, in the United States. He worked for 8 years in the international and business consulting area, and later found his calling in the area of socio-environmental impact, where he has been working since 2013 on projects and initiatives to develop socio-biodiversity product chains with a bias towards environmental conservation and regeneration, impact businesses, bioeconomy and social finance. He is currently the Partnerships and Fundraising Coordinator in the Conservation and Climate Finance area at Sitawi.

Daniella worked for 10 years in the financial area until she decided to follow her dream of attending law school. Graduated at the end of 2021 at FMU and passed the OAB Exam while attending the last semester. In addition to his experience in the financial administrative area, he was an intern at the Federal Public Ministry and at the Public Defender's Office of the State of São Paulo, his last professional experience was in the Legal area of the startup Loft.

Denis holds a degree in Accounting from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, with a postgraduate degree in auditing and people management. He has been working for 27 years in the accounting and financial area of large and medium-sized companies, 12 of which at Supergasbrás. Experience with the implementation of the SAP integrated system in the Accounting, Purchasing, Tax, Financial, Billing and Product Inventory modules.

Deyse Helen is an undergraduate student in Economics and a technician in Mechatronics. Currently, she works at Sitawi in the Philanthropy Management area, contributing to processes and initiatives focused on social impact. Interested in economics, innovation, and development, she constantly seeks new learning opportunities and experiences that contribute to her professional growth.

Eduardo Oliveira has a degree in Financial Management, majoring in Accounting Sciences and Post-Graduation in Digital Law. In addition, he specializes in LGPD, earning EXIN's international certification in Data Protection Officer (DPO). In recent years, he has worked in the financial area of a group of companies, creating reports and controlling designated cost centers.

Lawyer and journalist, graduated from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV-EESP and is a specialist in Public Policy Management from PUC/SP. She has 14 years of professional experience working in the public, private and third sectors, working with business development and solutions in strategic, financial and tax consulting – integrating teams in large organizations such as Deloitte, Loggi, Coca-Cola and Gerando Falcões. She is currently the Philanthropy Management Manager at Sitawi, leading the commercial strategy, financial and portfolio management of the Organization's philanthropic funds.

Fernando has more than 10 years of experience as a specialist in biodiversity conservation and strategic management of natural capital. He is currently Conservation and Climate Finance Manager at Sitawi, where he leads initiatives related to the development of financial and economic solutions that support the sustainable management of biodiversity and face climate challenges. He is a forestry engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Paraná, and has a master's degree in Agriculture and Silviculture, from the University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland; and Masters in Ecology and Forestry Management, by Albert-Ludwigs Universität, Freiburg, Germany.

With a solid track record of over three years dedicated to companies and third-sector associations, Gabriel is a professional focused on aligning financial efficiency with social impact. He holds a degree in Administration and a degree in Financial Management Technology, with a strong interest in Project Management.

Gabriela has a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Logistics and Organizational Psychology. He has experience in strategic planning and administrative/financial processes with management of contracts and third parties, control of deadlines and documents, management and creation of relationships with stakeholders. He worked at Itaú Unibanco and recently at Instituto Unibanco, focusing on purchases and supplies for educational programs and social projects. Currently, he is also studying Psychology with the aim of actively participating in the identification and resolution of causes and effects, ensuring the sustainability of relationships and the environment.

With a degree in Public Administration from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and a specialization in Communication and Digital Strategies, she has over five years of experience integrating organizational culture and brand strategy. Her career in People & Culture is marked by leading projects in internal marketing, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, always focused on translating purpose into communication and brand experience. Since 2020, she has worked at Sitawi, where she combines employer brand strategy, organizational culture, and institutional storytelling to strengthen the organization's positioning and increase employee engagement. She has led internal campaigns, recognition programs, and affirmative communication initiatives that reinforce the institution's identity and values.

Gisele has a degree in Law (UCAM) and is specialized in Compliance (FGV and Legal Ethics and Compliance). He has experience in contractual risk analysis, aiming at legal, financial and operational security, conducting third-party due diligence processes, training on best practices and compliance control, monitoring organizational processes, monitoring compliance with rules and guidelines aimed at correct risk management and applicability of policies related to the processing of personal data.

Giulia is a graduate student in Social Communication – Publicity and Propaganda at UFRJ. She has experience with text writing and has worked as a copywriter in social and university projects.

Ícaro Moreno is a senior conservation and climate finance analyst at Sitawi, focusing primarily on research and data collection for financing and scaling forest restoration activities. He has experience in macroeconomic analysis, data science, public policy, and climate change. He previously worked in the macroeconomics department at the Rio de Janeiro State Center for Research and Statistics (CEPERJ), where he coordinated the production of the Rio de Janeiro Economic Situation Bulletin. He later worked in the climate finance department at the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), contributing to studies on infrastructure financing in the Amazon and public policies for the land use sector. More recently, he was part of the team that published Caderno Abespetro 2024, a publication of the Brazilian Association of Petroleum Goods and Services Companies, where he conducted economic and regulatory analysis studies for the oil and gas sector in Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFF) and a master's degree in public policy and technology for social development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Igor has a degree in Economics and a master's degree in Economic Development from Unimontes, with experience in financial planning. He also works as a volunteer in a Philanthropic Organization linked to Rotary International through local impact projects.

Isadora holds a degree in Financial Management from Faculdade Internacional Signorelli. He has professional experience in the financial area in a service provider and trade company. Working in the areas of billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.

I hold a degree in Social Sciences from Fundação Santo André, with international specialization in Social Project Management from PM4NGOS and Business Intelligence from Saint Paul. I have worked in the impact investing sector for over 7 years, with solid experience in fundraising, institutional relations, and the development of strategic partnerships.

Jaqueline has a degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology. She has worked in the administrative area for 11 years, with 7 years of experience in the Human Resources Department. At her previous company, she was recognized for consecutive months as the best in the group in the area of collection and reduction of defaults.

João holds a degree in Biotechnology from UFAM and has been working to develop the Amazonian Bioeconomy since 2021. Previously, he was part of the Bioeconomy and Strategic Actions team at the Executive Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation of Amazonas (SEDECTI-AM), where he developed relationships with sociobiodiversity production chains as well as with the state's innovation ecosystem. Today, he is part of the Impact Investment Origination and Analysis team, directly involved in prospecting potential business for the platform.

João holds a degree in Production Engineering from the State University of Northern Rio de Janeiro – UENF. He participated in inclusive and technological projects at the university and received recognition from the municipality of Campos dos Goytacazes in 2024 for participating in an academic project to develop a free logistics application for small and medium-sized businesses in the city. He has been working in the Reporting area since 2026 and is responsible for daily analyses and reports.

Kassandra holds a degree in Social Communication, with an emphasis on Advertising and Publicity. With over 8 years of experience, her background includes extensive experience in customer relationship management, as well as a track record as a BPO operations supervisor. At Sitawi, she is responsible for creating marketing materials and campaigns related to the Impact Investing area.

Kaylane studied Secretarial Studies at ETEC Albert Einstein. During high school, she wrote a dissertation on the impacts of human actions on the environment, an experience that sparked her interest in promoting positive change in the world. She participated in social projects through the Francisca Franco Foundation, strengthening her connection to community work. She has experience in administrative routines and is currently pursuing a technical degree in Administration.

Larissa has a degree in management processes from UFF and is a graduate student in quality management. She acted as a consultant in improving internal processes in small businesses, and managed a project to produce open-license mathematics textbooks, an initiative by IMPA in partnership with universities throughout Brazil. He has 3 years of experience in this area.

Laryssa is a sociology student at UFF and a member of the Electoral Political Observatory (OPEL) at UFRJ. He is currently developing a research entitled “Black Candidacies and their Position in the Political Scenario”. She was a teaching intern at the Department of Sociology at UFF and dedicated herself to research in the field of Contemporary Sociology. In 2020, she worked as a volunteer at the Social Pre-Vestibular for Blacks and Needy, (PVNC). She started her career at Sitawi as an intern in Service & Relationship, currently works as an assistant in Philanthropy Management, in the International Partnerships cell. In this way, it participates in the financial management of initiatives such as the Google Black Founders Fund and Parceiros Pela Amazônia.

Laura holds a degree in International Relations from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) and completed an academic exchange at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a focus on Economics and Business Administration. She has experience in the renewable energy and technology sectors and has over 4 years of experience in the financial market, where she worked in monitoring and preparing ESG reports and impact funds focused on Private Equity and Venture Capital. At Sitawi, she is responsible for the due diligence of new companies and management of the impact investment portfolio.

Lidiane is a graduate student in Accounting at Universidade Paulista. He has worked for more than 3 years in companies specializing in customer service, where he gained experience in identifying solutions to process problems and the ability to deal with returns and complaints effectively.

Holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Petrópolis and an MBA in Finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. She has over 10 years of experience in finance departments, working in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and treasury.

Lucas works as a Young Cultural Monitor at Casa Cultural Manoel Mendonça and is studying law at Faculdade Zumbi dos Palmares. During his adolescence he joined the NGO CCA Auriverde as a student and volunteer developing projects, cultural interventions and workshops. In early 2019, he was a summer intern in the Government Relations Legal department at Itaú-Unibanco and later was an intern at Santander Brasil, passing through Private Banking and Business Legal for Governments and Institutions.

Lucas holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and has over seven years of experience in the nonprofit financial sector. His focus is on accounts payable, treasury, and investments. He also has extensive experience in accounts receivable and reconciliation. He is responsible for executing outflows and controlling the resources linked to the funds.

Lucas holds a degree in Public Management for Economic and Social Development (GPDES) from UFRJ. He has experience in the administrative, financial and process management areas, with emphasis on the implementation of electronic process systems. He worked in federal institutions such as the Budget Management Division of UFRJ and in the sectors of Health Care Management, Ombudsman and Heritage at the University Hospital Gaffrée e Guinle – EBSERH.

Lucinete works in administrative and financial routines in the area of accounts payable/receivable, contacts with suppliers and physical financial monitoring of the Middle Juruá Territory Program. Resident in Carauari/AM, Lucinete has already worked at SITAWI within the first phase of the Medium Juruá Territory Program (2018-2021). She holds a degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário do Norte – Uninorte and worked for 5 years at a car dealership.

Luiza Prata Monzoni holds a degree in Public Administration and a postgraduate degree in ESG and Corporate Sustainability from FGV. She works at the interface between socio-environmental impact, business development, and financing strategies, with experience in structuring and monitoring private social investment programs, strategic philanthropy, impact measurement, and investor relations.

Marcia has been working at SITAWI since 2022. She has a degree in Law, a postgraduate degree in HR Management and an MBA in People Management. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources area, having already worked in the People and Management area of large and medium-sized companies. His experience includes Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Internal Communication, Compensation and Talent Management subsystems.

Maria Aparecida Cunha holds a degree in Food Technology from the State University of Amazonas (UEA) and a Master's degree in Geography from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Currently, she is conducting research in the Médio Juruá region on the topic of "Governance and Territoriality in the Managed Pirarucu Production Chain in the Médio Juruá," exploring the relationships between community management, land use, and natural resource conservation. She has ten years of professional experience working at the ICMBio office, primarily in administration and, primarily, in directly supporting communities and social movements within the territory. This experience has significantly contributed to her technical and political development, strengthening her commitment to participatory management and traditional populations. She is the daughter of rubber tappers, seed collectors, farmers, and forest resource managers. I come from the São Raimundo community, located in the Médio Juruá Extractive Reserve, which gives me direct experience and a deep connection to the territory I am researching. This life experience guides my critical perspective and commitment to valuing traditional knowledge, socio-environmental justice, and strengthening territorial governance in the Amazon.

Mariana holds a degree in Social Communication, specializing in Advertising and Marketing. She has worked as a graphic designer for 9 years, with extensive experience in advertising agencies and marketing departments, where she created brands and campaigns for events, financial institutions, and large technology companies. At Sitawi, she is responsible for the design of graphic materials, campaigns, and maintaining the brand's visual identity.

A professional with over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Branding, and Customer Success, working at technology startups and organizations such as Endeavor, Skeelo, SenseData, and iClinic. He specializes in go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and storytelling, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and focusing on results in customer growth, retention, and engagement.

Patrícia holds a degree in Economics from Univille. She has over 12 years of expertise in financial, administrative and management activities. She has experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow and financial control of projects. 

Raissa holds a degree in journalism from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). Has professional experience in institutional communication, planning, content production for social networks and blogs. He has worked in different areas, such as culture, energy and investments. During graduation, he did great work on community communication that promoted discussions about vehicles and social projects within some communities in Rio de Janeiro.

Economist with a PhD in Production Engineering and a broad academic and professional career focused on financial analysis, sustainability and socioeconomic development. She began her career in the financial area of a multinational organization, moved to the consulting area and later worked as a researcher and university professor, dedicating herself for over a decade to teaching and applied research on topics such as economics, socioeconomic development and strategic planning. She has worked on public and private projects, focusing on measuring socio-environmental impacts and structuring performance indicators. She has an interdisciplinary approach and contributes to projects that require critical analysis, organization of financial data and an integrated approach between economic, social and environmental aspects.

Renan is studying Production Engineering at UFF and did an internship internally in the research division of his university, in which he acquired experience in the administrative and financial areas. In his last job, he worked as an intern in the logistics area, with emphasis on item modulation, preparation and analysis of reports and administrative routines.

Renan is a Marketing graduate from Centro Universitário Unicarioca. He has worked in customer service for seven years and has experience in content production and internal communications. He has also worked as a volunteer promoting actions for homeless people and families in socially vulnerable situations.

Rona is a biologist from UFMT, master in Freshwater Biology and Inland Fisheries from INPA with experience in inclusive conservation alternatives, socio-environmental impact management and territorial development in the Amazon. It has accumulated experiences focused on the implementation of governance models, always in articulation with representative organizations and multisectoral networks. It focuses on well-being and developing freedoms in the countryside, gender-sensitive value chains, and strengthening community organizations.

Rony Silva holds degrees in Economics (UFRRJ) and Accounting (Estácio de Sá), with MBAs in Accounting and Auditing (UFF), Data Driven (Trevisan), and a specialization in Contract Law (PUC). With over 15 years of experience in the financial, administrative, and operational areas, he works in the management of philanthropic funds and socio-environmental impact projects. At Sitawi, he leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the financial and operational management of impact funds and initiatives, coordinating people, processes, and projects to ensure efficiency, transparency, and security in resource management. His work encompasses topics such as governance, compliance, risk management, team development, continuous process improvement, and the use of data to support decision-making. He also has experience in implementing systems, automating routines, and transforming processes, contributing to strengthening the operational capacity of organizations and improving control mechanisms, transparency, and accountability.

Ryan is a Computer Science graduate (UNICSUL) and holds a degree in Information Technology (SENAC SP). He has worked providing technical support and developing applications and websites to increase performance and productivity. In 2024, he volunteered to teach a computer course for the elderly, teaching them about preventing online scams and promoting digital inclusion for this audience.

Suellen holds a degree in Management Processes and Financial Management from Centro Universitário Celso Lisboa. She began her career at Sitawi – Finanças do Bem as an intern in financial administration and currently works in the area of Philanthropy Management, providing support to philanthropic funds. She has extensive experience in management analysis, administrative support and process optimization, acquired throughout her work in different companies, always contributing to the efficiency and positive impact of the initiatives in which she was involved.

Suzana, graduated in Accounting Sciences from UMC (Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes), has more than 10 years of experience in the financial administration area with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, accountability and process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of Amazonas, with a background focused on research in sustainable development and experience in the administrative area, including accounts payable. Recognized by CNPq with the 22nd Outstanding Award in Scientific Initiation in the area of Human Sciences. Works with a focus on financial organization, management support, and integration between administrative practices and sustainability.

Vítor Nunes has a degree in Business Administration and is studying post-graduation in Finance and Controllership. He has worked in the financial area for over 6 years, with an emphasis on accounts payable and invoicing. During the academic period he developed a marketing plan for a local restaurant and in his last work he presented two improvement processes for the financial sector in order to optimize time and economy.

Yan Gabriel Carneiro, graduated in mechatronics technician from IFAM and currently a Biotechnology student at UFAM. He has been working with sustainable development since high school, voluntarily participating in sustainability projects. Interested in Bioeconomy, he seeks to improve the Amazonian panorama.
