In 2022, once again, Sitawi received Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification. The seal is the most prestigious certification in People Management in the country and recognizes efforts and advances in building a better work environment for employees.
The survey is the result of the response of Sitawi's collaborators, who evaluated our organizational culture this year. The satisfaction rating increased from 83% to 86% in 2022. During the survey, perceptions were measured in relation to the dimensions of credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie. Thus, it is the team itself that “certifies” the organization as a great place to work.

For the second consecutive year, Sitawi stood out in the dimension "camaraderie", getting a score of 92. The aspect concerns the feeling of companionship in the work environment when assessing the quality of proximity, hospitality and community within the organization.
The people management area plays a fundamental role in inspiring all collaborators in the search for improvements and reinforcing that opinions contribute to best practices. “It is our responsibility to translate the needs presented into effective actions, reinforcing the veracity of the research and ensuring that people feel motivated to participate”, declares Marcia Moura, People and Culture coordinator at Sitawi.
According to her, the GPTW certification translates the construction of a culture based on trust and high performance, in addition to reinforcing that people admire and positively recognize the organizational climate. “It is clear that everyone is involved in building a more welcoming and inspiring Sitawi. Thus, we become an increasingly better place to work”, he points out.
