In the year 2021, the Sitawi evaluated the quality of its work environment and organizational culture through the climate survey carried out by Great Place To Work (GPTW). The survey, which had the participation of 87% of the employees, pointed out as the main highlights in the Sitawi the feeling of credibility, pride and companionship among the teams. The satisfaction index above 80% guaranteed the Sitawi the GPTW certification.
The certification confirms the organization's commitment to its employees and reinforces the values of the search for excellence, transparency with everyone, action with empathy and co-responsibility in actions, co-created by the teams. In addition, the result will serve as input to guide the design of an action plan, in order to improve our management policies for the coming years.
“GPTW's methodology helps us understand which way to go in order to continually evolve our management practices. Through a benchmarking of the shares of the Sitawi with the 150 best companies in the country, the result helps us to leave an intuitive perception and leads us to a path of strategic analysis based on data", declares Gustavo Pimentel, executive director of Sitawi.
The Great Place to Work certification
The Great Place to Work certification is one of the most relevant for evaluating good companies, both for retaining and attracting talent. For this, a questionnaire is applied to measure employee satisfaction and how they see the company in five areas: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie. Trust between employees and the organization is what makes Sitawi an excellent place to work.
team growth
Only in 2021, the team of Sitawi grew by 64%, with more than 130 employees. In addition, we diversified our team, reaching 38% of brown and black people at the end of the year.

Different repertoires provide different solutions for the services we provide. This exchange is essential to achieve our mission”, says Leonardo Letelier, founder and CEO of the organization.
Since 2020, the HR of Sitawi has been promoting interaction between the team through virtual meetings, reinforcing care not only with the integration and reception of new employees, but also in the mental health care of the entire team in the face of remote work.
