About the initiative

THE Niare House It is an initiative that unites companies, investors, governments, and institutions around the promotion of forest-based businesses, building bridges to a prosperous and sustainable future. During the COP30, In Belém, the initiative took shape through a multifunctional cultural space dedicated to valuing ancestral knowledge and sustainable entrepreneurship among indigenous peoples and traditional communities.

The space integrated training, exhibitions, commerce, and social interaction, connecting tradition and innovation to strengthen production chains while preserving the forest. Ultimately, Casa Niaré seeks to leave a lasting cultural and economic legacy for the Amazon, consolidating the region as a global reference in regenerative solutions.

Why a Philanthropic Fund?

To make part of the initiative's funding possible, the following will be used: Rouanet Law, with Sitawi Finanças do Bem acting as the proponent and financial manager of the project. Forest Entrepreneurship Center, responsiblel for the approval, execution and accountability of funds raised. To structure this partnership, Casa Niaré requested that Sitawi establish the Niare House Philanthropic Fund, ensuring the necessary foundation for the transparent and efficient management of all resources involved.
