About our Board

Ana Carolina Viseu is a member of Sitawi's Supervisory Board. She has been the founder of Trio Capital since 2009, where she works as an investment manager for an equity fund. AC is responsible for establishing the fund's investment strategy and risk management. Ana Carolina holds an MBA in finance from the Harvard Business School (HBS) and a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargar (FGV). She has over 10 years of experience in equity portfolio management, valuation and business model analysis across a variety of industries.

Andrea Resende is a member of Sitawi's Supervisory Board. She holds a degree in engineering from UFMG, a postgraduate degree in management from FDC and a master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation from FEA-USP. Since 2011, he has held leadership roles in impact investing and business. He was head of Impact Investment at Sitawi from 2016 to 2021. Created a retail investment platform recognized as an impact initiative for Latin America and the Caribbean by Environmental Finance. She was an advisory board member of ANDE (2018-2021). Before that, he led two impact and technology startups (one of them, recognized with the social inclusion award by the UNDP) and worked in multinationals leading projects in different countries (Brazil, Poland, Argentina, Peru and Holland). Currently, she is an Executive at Kunumi, where she works to apply technology to the great challenges of society.

An executive with over 35 years of experience in finance and investments, 15 of which dedicated to sustainability and innovation. She held leadership positions at Citibank, BankBoston, Itaú Unibanco, and Natura&Co. She is a national leader in ESG, sustainable finance, and impact, having chaired the UN Global Compact Brazil Network and co-chaired UNEP FI. She currently serves on the sustainability boards and committees of companies such as Taesa, Banco ABC, and Porto Seguro, and is also co-leader of Climate and Biodiversity at ANBIMA's Sustainability Network.

Enio Stein is a member of Sitawi's Advisory Board. He is CFO at Invepar, an engineer graduated from ITA and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Fundo Vale and has been a consultant at McKinsey for over 10 years and CFO at Freeddom, a mobile payments start-up, and at Log-In Logística Intermodal.

Franklin Feder sits on Sitawi's Advisory Board. Independent Director & Former CEO of Alcoa Latin America & Caribbean. Frank is American and has served as a consultant, Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is currently a member of the Advisory or Management Boards of five organizations.

Guilherme Affonso Ferreira is part of Sitawi's Advisory Board. He holds a degree in production engineering from USP and a postgraduate degree in economics from Macalester. Since 2020, partner and Senior Advisor at MOS Capital. From 2007 to 2020, he was partner and chairman of Teorema Capital. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Arezzo, B3, M Dias Branco, Miter, 3R Petroleum and Valid, all listed on B3. He was CEO of Bahema during the period in which the company was a relevant shareholder of Unibanco (1986 to 2008) – and obtained a return of around 50% per year, in dollars, with the investment. He was also a director of Petrobras from 2015 to 2018, participating in the company's restructuring program.

Junia Nogueira de Sá is part of Sitawi's Advisory Board. A journalist specializing in Institutional Marketing and Business Management, she has worked in newsrooms, multinationals, government, PR agencies and currently leads her own strategic communication consultancy. She was the first woman in many of the prominent positions she held in more than 30 years of her career – as executive director at Telefônica, on the board of Volkswagen, directing Exame magazine or as ombudsman at Folha. He also holds positions on boards at Rede Mulher Empreendedora, RME Acceleradora and Grupo Talenses.

Lucia Hauptman is on the Advisory Board of Sitawi. Founder and president of PRADA Assessoria, she was the founder of ComDominio Inc, a data storage company sold to a private equity fund. Lucia was a director at Booz & Company, Vice President at Credit Suisse and part of the corporate finance and M&A team at JP Morgan. She is currently also a member of the Board of Directors of PortoSeguro, an insurance company.

Sheynna Hakim is a Brazilian and French engineer and administrator. She studied in Brazil, the USA, France and Portugal, completing 3 postgraduate degrees and two strictu sensu master's degrees, one in business, an MBA from Wharton Business School and another from the Lauder Institute where she focused on the study of Latin America. The executive has extensive experience in the financial and technology markets, having worked for more traditional companies and also startups. She is the co-author of the book “Women in Technology” and is part of several mentoring groups. Sheynna has accumulated 7 years of experience as a CEO, the last of which was as the first female CEO of BNP Paribas Cardif in Brazil, leading the digital transformation and the growth of 50% in the insurer's revenue in 3 years. Today, she serves as a Board Member of companies in Brazil. In addition, she serves as a Board Member of family businesses, CVCs (corporate venture capital) in Brazil and abroad, in addition to contributing to the board of non-governmental organizations focused on social causes. He is also an advisor to Mundi Ventures, a Spanish fund focused on impact and innovation in Latin America.

Tomaz Solberg is a member of Sitawi's Advisory Board. Conflict mediator, he was strategic planning advisor at Firjan, SESI and SENAI for eight years. Tomaz is from Rio de Janeiro and has worked as director of the Nonprofit Finance Fund in New York and at companies such as Net Serviços and IBM. He has been advisor to Rio Voluntário and the Center for Family Representation.
